Starting JumpStartFitness, with the brands of JumpStartRide and JumpstartRun, the husband and wife team of Claire & Gavin have bought together decades of competitive experience in Running, Cycling & Sports Performance to help motivated people succeed at whatever level of sports they enjoy. from your first sportive or 5k, to ultra endrance cycling events or ultra marathons - and everything in-between!
JumpStartRide: Gavin's passon for cycling started with his first BMX back in the 80's, and has grown through the decades. Competing at Local, Regional and National levels in multiple discplines, we apply that hard gained knowledge to every aspect of your cycling and triathlon coaching. We cover Nutrition, Physio through Referral, Bike Fit, transition coaching and 'onthe-bike' ride leadership be it Road or MTB/Gravel.
JumpStart Run & JumpStartFitness: Claires focus on Road Running, Adventure races, Trail Running, Athletics, Yoga & pilates is an ideal pairing. Coaching all levels of runners & triatheletes, your own motivation is key to succes, we help focus your time & energy to get the best results.
Location: In these uncertain times, we are both based in the Scottish Borders, delivering in-person COVID safe 1-2-1's alongside our virtual services via Zoom, Teams & Whatsap. Together we have unique access to a wide range of environments for running, cycling & open water swimming. Our emerging Road ride programmed covers leadership, gravel expeditions, MTB rides & in-person coaching.
